Manager of IT Operations

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

This is a direct hire opportunity.

 

  • Manages the daily activities of assigned resources to ensure clients receive effective and timely resolution of all issues in compliance with the Service Level requirements defined in the client contract and based on established company objectives.
  • Actively participates in resource management meetings on a weekly basis to identify resource sharing opportunities across the organization and to ensure optimal productivity levels are achieved by all technical resources each week.
  • Oversees the daily volume of incidents generated from each client site. Helps prioritize the incidents across all clients to ensure timely resolution of issues with the highest impact on our clients.
  • Ensures work is assigned to the right level resource in accordance with the company Shared Resource Model. Interfaces with Engineering to coordinate any work or escalations from the site teams to Engineering, or work from the Engineers to the site teams.
  • Proactively manages communications pertaining to technical support, site operations, changes, outages, and issues to assigned client base in a timely, professional manner. Regularly communicates Service Performance levels to key stakeholders, including the Director – Operations and/or the executive sponsor.
  • Acts as the key point of contact for all matters related to the Service Desk, including: implementation of Service Desk strategy and initiatives, client and/ or account team escalations, Service Desk reporting, Service Desk productivity, and Service Desk hours of coverage.
  • Supervises a staff of technicians, assigns their duties and prepares performance reviews.
  • Manage resources, including attracting, hiring, developing and retaining high performing staff.
  • Manages resources to achieve corporate objectives and satisfy client requirements. Promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that is conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
  • Provide direction in complex problem solving situations and participate in direct interaction with technical resources when required.
  • Participate as needed in support of other areas of the business including Production, Finance, or Sales. May be required to participate in sales meetings with current and/or potential clients as operational subject matter expert.

Vice President, Healthcare Operations

Location: Cincinnati, OH

This is a direct hire position.

 

The Vice President, Healthcare Operations is responsible for the overall management, performance and growth of home care/hospice offices within their assigned territory. The position requires full profit/loss responsibility as well as full responsibility for compliance with all company, state, federal, and Joint Commission standards and regulations for the agencies within their region.
NATURE AND SCOPE
1.Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality HIPAA protected health information.
2. Develops and implements short-term (quarterly) and long term (annual) strategic plans that support the regional quarterly business plan. Responsible for the revision of goals and plans per quarter as agreed upon with the VP of Operations/COO. Ensures implementation.
3. Responsible for financial operations of region. Participates in development of operating budget; reviews statistical and financial reports; develops plans and revises as needed to meet or exceed regional financial goals
4. .Monitors region’s branches and Area Director/Director, Operations (D.O) for financial performance against budget every month and assists them with action plans to improve performance. Ensures plan implementation and assessment of plan is ongoing.
5. Reviews P&L per branch per month; assist them with P&L interpretation. Able to explain variances if needed. Conducts overall P&L review per region per month.
6. On-going review of region A/R and payables; bi-monthly follow up with all Area Directors/D.O.s in region of A/R >120 days; on-going communication with reimbursement department required.
7. Monitors operational functions; Gross Profit %, Contribution Margin %, productivity, 6% Same Store Sales growth to plan, customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction and compliance to home care/hospice P&P.
8. Works with Area Directors/D.O.s and V.P./Director, Sales to assure branches in region meet net revenue and Medicare revenue budgets.
9. Overall responsibility of regional branches management of KPIs & OCS/CMS quality improvement indicators.
10. Reviews and monitors plan of correction (if applicable) for resolution to deficiencies identified in survey process.

Vice President, Sales – Home Healthcare and Hospice

BASIC FUNCTION
The Vice President, Sales develops and executes the sales/marketing plan that will meet or exceed the overall business plan, census goals and financial objectives for home care and hospice.
NATURE AND SCOPE
1. Adheres to the Corporate Compliance Program, including confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information.
2. Provides strategic and tactical direction, top-line accountability and management of incremental, sustainable new revenue growth through creation of effective sales strategies and innovative and superior sales execution.
3. Executes accurate and timely sales forecasting, budget management and reporting.
4. Manages the development and execution of all facets of sales events including outreach programs such as potential and current referral source educational forums and professional growth summits.
5. Clearly articulates initiatives, goals, expectations, territories, and compensation plans, ensuring understanding and transparency with all appropriate constituencies.
6. Analyzes and establishes sales territories, quotas, and goals to achieve business objectives.
7. Directs and supervises assigned personnel, including performing evaluations, scheduling, orientation and training. Makes collaborative decisions as appropriate on associate hire, transfer, promotion, terminations, and similar actions.
8. Completes and discusses with associate expectations for their performance and performs evaluations with proper documentation. Provides feedback and addresses areas of strength and areas of improvement, working with associate to create and implement developmental plans.
9. Hires, trains, develops and manages highly qualified staff. Identifies key traits and ideal job descriptions appropriate to Sales Department roles. Continually seeks to upgrade the skills and talent among staff.
