• Conduct Client & employer group meetings; one-on-one meetings with Clients as assigned. Or conduct phone meetings as assigned. Or handle walk in clients.
• Complete Benefit education and become proficient at explaining Benefit products and options to prospective enrollees.
• Present materials at meeting sites adhering to carrier presentation material.
• Engage and educate Clients.  Conduct follow-up appointments to answer individual questions and assist the Clients in meeting their needs.
• Help Clients to reach a conclusion regarding their Benefit options and assist them in the enrollment process as required.
• Provide necessary marketing support, developing materials and business development tactics and plans.
• Stimulate referral business from satisfied clients.
• Consistently maintain electronic calendar to enable accurate scheduling of appointments.
• Follow all Benefit compliance rules
• Complete enrollment forms error free
• Become proficient at explaining Benefit products and options to renewal clients.

• Understand the guidelines and processes of scheduling Prospects with Benefit Advisors
• Schedule one-on-one appointments with Benefit Advisors
• Document all conversations and activities in sales system
• Advise Benefit Advisors of issues that may affect new business clients
• Obtain information over the phone
• To be an advocate for the client with carriers, CMS and provider billing departments
• Answer inquiries (phone calls, email/mail, walk-ins) from clients promptly and professionally and provide follow-up in a timely manner
• Follow through on client issues from start to resolution
• Assist Renewal Advisors on issues that may affect current clients
• Perform Welcome Calls to new clients each month
• Assist Team Manager with establishing and updating processes and procedures
• Assist Team Manager with orientation and training of additional Client Advocates during company busy season

• Manages the daily activities of assigned resources to ensure clients receive effective and timely resolution of all issues in compliance with the Service Level requirements defined in the client contract and based on established company objectives.
• Actively participates in resource management meetings on a weekly basis to identify resource sharing opportunities across the organization and to ensure optimal productivity levels are achieved by all technical resources each week.
• Oversees the daily volume of incidents generated from each client site. Helps prioritize the incidents across all clients to ensure timely resolution of issues with the highest impact on our clients.
• Ensures work is assigned to the right level resource in accordance with the company Shared Resource Model. Interfaces with Engineering to coordinate any work or escalations from the site teams to Engineering, or work from the Engineers to the site teams.
• Proactively manages communications pertaining to technical support, site operations, changes, outages, and issues to assigned client base in a timely, professional manner. Regularly communicates Service Performance levels to key stakeholders, including the Director – Operations and/or the executive sponsor.
• Acts as the key point of contact for all matters related to the Service Desk, including: implementation of Service Desk strategy and initiatives, client and/ or account team escalations, Service Desk reporting, Service Desk productivity, and Service Desk hours of coverage.
• Supervises a staff of technicians, assigns their duties and prepares performance reviews.
• Manage resources, including attracting, hiring, developing and retaining high performing staff.
• Manages resources to achieve corporate objectives and satisfy client requirements. Promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that is conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Provide direction in complex problem solving situations and participate in direct interaction with technical resources when required.
• Participate as needed in support of other areas of the business including Production, Finance, or Sales. May be required to participate in sales meetings with current and/or potential clients as operational subject matter expert.

• Configure, deploy and manage Cisco network equipment (routers, switches and firewalls)
• Provide network expertise to other IT groups on projects
• Work with Architecture to implement new Infrastructure across the business
• Work with Project Managers as the network resource for new initiatives.
• Configure all firewall access lists and audit them routinely.
• Configure site-to-site and remote access VPN tunnels.
• Manage the Cisco ACE load balancers for application teams.
• Manage the corporate wireless network.
• Mentor our level 1 and 2 engineers.
• Manage the Internet Proxy servers.
• Apply PCI standards to the infrastructure.
• Network Documentation.
• Provide Tier 3 support on escalated issues.
• Other Network Engineer responsibilities as needed

This is a direct hire opportunity.

Our client is currently implementing a new employee web portal using SharePoint.  This position will have the complete ownership of gathering the requirements in launching the new portal.  This Business Analyst will be gathering requirements from various business sectors to incorporate into the site.

-Not such a technical position, more of a creative and innovative position.

-Would prefer someone with an IT background as opposed to Marketing background.

-Social Media aspect will be internally focused, not client focused.

-Will collaborate across different teams and projects to create different aspects (articles, ways employees interact, project information, etc) of Employee Portal.

-Will be a true Business Analyst position in respects to gathering requirements, assessing and analyzing need, and moving forward with solutions.

-Will roll out pilots to specific groups to show value and create productivity…then roll out to additional groups from there.

-Will experience some push back so must be someone who can get things done/interact effectively with others.
